First of all ,the service rep was right on time. He checked my A/C and made sure everything was in working order. He was clear and concise in his recommendations to me. Never at any time did I feel as if he was doing just a quick once over on the service order. He was efficent,and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to call them should the need arise.

Love my Heat pump!! I wanted a new Furnace and possibly central air. They inspected my furnace, said it was OK, so I was thinking central air. Then he told me about a heat pump. Best of both worlds.

After obtaining seven different contractor quotes, we chose Krane and are completely satisfied. Jeff and his team did an outstanding job from the quote process through installation of my Bryant A/C and furnace. Jeff was the only contractor to provide us with a load calculation and was always very prompt to respond to our questions. His team was very courteous and did a pretty good job cleaning up. After about a month now, everything works great, their was no "nickle and diming" and we are very satisified that we got excellent workmanship at a fair price. I highly recommend Krane Heating and Cooling.

Very courteous, explained everything very well. Cleaned up perfectly at the end of the job. Arrived on time. Forgot to install the humidifier but this was rectified quickly when pointed out. They taught us how to set the thermostat and change the filter and replace the humidifier filter. Very competitive prices. The furnace is working great. We noticed right away that the heat is much more even in our house now.

They were good and inexpensive. I have a couple of minor complaints: - They made some installation decisions (location of intake/exhaust) without consulting me. In the end, I agree it had to be the way they did it. - They checked the box on their quote form for balancing the air flow, but the installers seemed to be a bit ignorant of that committment and did sort of a quick job of it.

After extensive research on furnaces and contractors Krane Heating installed a Bryant Unit - reasonably affordable and appropriate for our needs. Jeff not only satisfied my numerous questions; he and his staff were very prompt, courteous and efficient. The furnace is quieter than a kitten purring; already 100% improvement over our last model. Two Thumbs Up to Krane Heating!

My experience with Kranes went very well, he came when he said he would he figured out the problem immediately and had the part on hand and fixed it. He was pleasant to work with and even took his shoes off at the door. He gave me some great advise and I told him I would contact him again in the spring to help level out the air flow in my house.
