I Had a new furnace instill. Krane service man explain to me in layman terms what was wrong with my furnace and took the time for questions and was very patient. They install my new Bryant furnace and humidifier the next day. They did a great job with installing my furnace and humidifier and also with clean up. I highly recommend Krane Heating and Cooling
